I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Idaho. I received my Master’s degree (MA) in Social Work from Boise State University. I have a passion for helping individuals and families in improving their mental and emotional health. I believe in a versatile approach to therapy, utilizing systemic therapy and strength-based methods to best address the needs of clients.

I offer special focus to individuals 12 and older seeking help with trauma, anxiety, depression, spirituality,relational challenges, behavior concerns, and parent training. I use evidence based approaches including ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy),Internal Family Systems, trauma informed therapy, and Mindfulness to promote reaching client goals.

I believe in the ability of individuals and families to heal and grow through a safe and affirming therapeutic relationship. I am privileged to help those in the Mini Cassia community and am dedicated to improving the lives of those I work with.
